Progress Energy Resources Corp., or "Progress", was formed in January 2009 through the business combination of Progress Energy Trust and ProEx Energy Ltd.  Progress's strategy focuses on growing reserves, production and cash flow while paying a dividend to shareholders.

The company's two primary operating regions are the Deep Basin of Northern Alberta and the Foothills of Northern British Columbia. These regions are considered among the most desirable resource play regions in North America. New technologies are continually being applied and refined to economically recover the large natural gas resource-in-place.
